After the completion of the first phase of residential development at Cascina Merlata by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the second lot is now under construction. Characterized by a harmoniously contrasting chromatic palette, the new phase doubles the volume of the existing settlement envisioned for the Cascina Merlata area, which is called home by more and more people.

The tower is composed of two volumes with a single nucleus: the 17-story southern part merges with the 25-story high northern portion.
