We are pleased that our 3 Orchard By-the-Park residential tower won recognition in five different categories of the EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards at last week’s Gala Night in Singapore. The architectural and interior design of the 25-storey building, housing 77 exclusive units, creates ‘villas in the sky’ close to the city’s scenic botanic garden.
