With Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel’s adaptive reuse project of the De Sonnaz former military facilities in Turin, Reply’s new 15,000-sqm location will provide innovative office spaces, along with an underground auditorium. With construction works to start in the coming months, the restructuring project in the very center of Turin will also open the building to the city, integrating open spaces and an urban garden.

Anchored in the surrounding urban context comprising buildings of great esteem, the project takes a meticulous approach to the conservation of the historic military facility’s original details. Designed with sustainability in mind, the project will create open space work areas tailored to the needs and the well-being of employees, adopting the building and the interiors to new, increasingly mobile and informal ways of working.
