Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel (ACPV) presents the new Milan headquarters of Italian luxury fashion brand Moncler. Designed for European investment and development company Covivio, the 38,000-sqm building will integrate the highest standards of environmental sustainability and well-being.

The new building will target the WELL and LEED certifications considering aspects such as indoor air quality, thermal comfort, natural light, preferring the use of natural and recyclable materials with low environmental impact, as well as highly energy-efficient systems to limit consumption and emissions.

Located in Milan’s Symbiosis business district by Covivio, the office complex moves from traditional spaces to hybrid and aggregative environments. The spaces will accommodate heterogeneous and inclusive working groups, encourage transversal collaboration, and offer widespread common areas to facilitate socialization and creativity.
